Trial Pack Orders

For trial pack orders, expect to receive your tags within 5-10 business days. These packs are sent via Australia Post.

Complimentary New Subscriber Packs

For complimentary new subscriber packs, we’ll be sending out 20 freshOps Tags via Australia Post within 5-10 business days.

freshOps Tag Packs for Existing Users

Dependant on the Tag Pack you ordered, your subscription account will be now be charged $1.50/Tag plus postage. Postage varies dependant on where you are located.

Postage is where possible managed by our Carbon Neutral Small Business Package Delivery Partner Sendle.

We prefer to send your freshOps Tag in Sendle Compostable Satchels which are 100% biodegradable if our partner can deliver to your location.

Corn Again

Yep, that’s right. These babies look like plastic and feel a little like plastic, but they’re made from 100% biodegradable and compostable materials. Specifically, they are made from corn starch, PLA (Made from Corn), and PBAT (Polybutyrate Adipate Terephthalate).
