I ended up choosing to proceed due to the founders understanding of the industry, the gaping risk of not knowing whether staff were attending their shifts, reasonable price and limited other options in the market. We have felt the strains and pressures of a growing company and managing multiple sites and staff. So we started to look for ways to improve our processes and make ourselves more time efficient. Our biggest concerns were around staff management and task completion. We chose freshOps as it not only combined a time & attendance option but also an efficient task management solution. It is very user friendly and ticked all our boxes. Time has been reduced massively, keeping a better eye on what tasks are to be completed is much easier too. We have found that there is less chance of things being missed when issues arise. Plus it is helping us keep a closer eye on hours as each manager can adjust or approve any additional hours on site. FreshOps! What a breath of FRESH air. Thank you, Martin and the FreshOps team. With 30 – 50 staff members across office cleans, builders clean and shopping centers the stress of not knowing if staff members are running late or not turning up at all is now gone. The system is so easy to use and being able to access it anywhere is so important, as lot of the work gets done at night. Task scheduling and verification has become a breeze without making a phone call, all the information is right there on the staff members phone.
We have varying types of cleaning sites – mostly industrial and our team were writing manually produced timesheets. Our team were given paper rosters and the times on their timesheets always matched perfectly to their rostered timetable. Complaints from clients that premises were not being cleaned, were met indignantly from staff who stated they were there and did clean. It was obvious we needed a system that could identify staff to site, and correctly identify times/hours worked.
We tested a number of programs, but none had the benefits of what freshOps offered. freshOps is perfect for any time based business that has a team working at multiple remote sites. The price was also right compared to other programs.
Our clients are much happier. We know our sites are being cleaned. Our team are also happier now, with the ability to leave notes, take photos and they no longer need to complete a manual timesheet any more.
