We have varying types of cleaning sites – mostly industrial and our team were writing manually produced timesheets. Our team were given paper rosters and the times on their timesheets always matched perfectly to their rostered timetable. Complaints from clients that premises were not being cleaned, were met indignantly from staff who stated they were there and did clean.
