Absolutely not. freshOps also supports a Simple GPS Check-In where your Team simply presses Check-In on the freshOps Employee Mobile App and we collect the GPS location where that occurred for your record. Alternatively, a Verified GPS Check-In where we validate your Teams location prior to allowing them to Check-In with a Geofence.

All Paid Subscriptions are entitled to 20 Complimentary freshOps Tags. If you require more, you can order them here on the freshOps Tag Order Form

A Shift is essentially a Team Member’s Time and Attendance Record. So rather than charge you for Employees or Clients that aren’t active, our pricing is based on activity. The thought here was the only time you are making money is when you have a team member walking in the front door ready to work or start a shift. We charge in Australian Dollars (AUD). freshOps was founded in Australia, however, freshOps is accessible and supported across the globe, and have users in Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and South Africa to name a few.  Click here for a Quick Currency Conversion

As with most Software As A Service Solutions, we keep our pricing lean by automating payments and removing the need to chase down debtors for example. All our billing and subscriptions are processed using Software. So all plans require a Credit/Debit Card and are billed upon subscribing to our plans and then on each monthly anniversary date.

Contact Us at support@getfreshOps.com for Annual Pricing if you want the benefit of committing to an Annual Subscription. You can save up to 15% by paying upfront for the year.

We understand that not all months are equal. Some have 4 weeks, others have 5, so we don’t penalise you for this. If we see however that you are growing and consistently exceed the plan allowance for 3 consecutive months, we’ll get in contact and advise you that we’ll be upgrading your plan upon your next subscription renewal date.

If you need more support than the plans to include we are more than happy to provide it.

freshOps is a very simple tool to use, however, we know your Contracts or Services aren’t always that straight forward.  So we provide an hour-long Online Support Session where we help you get your first Client or 2 set up in freshOps, so you can get going with your rollout as soon as possible.
