With 30 – 50 staff members across office cleans, builders clean and shopping centers the stress of not knowing if staff members are running late or not turning up at all is now gone. The system is so easy to use and being able to access it anywhere is so important, as lot of the work gets done at night. Task scheduling and verification has become a breeze without making a phone call, all the information is right there on the staff members phone.

We have varying types of cleaning sites – mostly industrial and our team were writing manually produced timesheets. Our team were given paper rosters and the times on their timesheets always matched perfectly to their rostered timetable. Complaints from clients that premises were not being cleaned, were met indignantly from staff who stated they were there and did clean. freshOps is a modern day Cloud Based Software As A Service Solution that lives in your Web Browser. Whether you are based in the UK, US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand or any where else on the planet, you can access freshOps and start managing your team with ease. Accessible from any connected device, Desktop, Laptop, iPad, Smartphone freshOps ensures you can manage you team from the Office, Home or on Holidays.

A Shift is essentially a Team Member’s Time and Attendance Record. So rather than charge you for Team Member’s or Clients that aren’t active, our pricing is based on activity. The thought here, was the only time you are making money is when you have a team member walking in the front door ready to work or start a shift.

No, you can have as many waypoints within a premises or facility as you need.

As with most Software As A Service Solutions we keep our pricing lean by automating payments and removing the need to chase down debtors for example. All our billing and subscriptions are processed using Software. So all plans require a Credit/Debit Card and are billed upon subscribing to our plans and then on each monthly anniversary date.

We understand that not all months are equal. Some have 4 weeks, others have 5, so we don’t penalise you for this. If we see however that you are growing, and consistently exceed the plan allowance for 3 consecutive months, we’ll get in contact and advise you that we’ll be upgrading your plan upon your next subscription renewal date.

If you need more support than the plans include we are more than happy to provide it. We have custom support plans available for those that need them.

When you become a Paid User of freshOps we send you the freshOps NFC/QR Tags in the post after we establish how many you need. Our lower plans require purchase of these Tags, however the Master, Premier and Enterprise Plan include an amount of Tags as part of the subscription.

When in Trial you can pilot freshOps without the tags, but if you’d really like to pilot freshOps with some freshOps Tags, we are more than happy to send you 2 to pilot freshOps in the field after you’ve had both a Demonstration and Onboarding Session.
